Acquisition
In support and enhancement of our business relationships, we have strengthened our engagement in the areas of project development and management of urban processes with Kontur Projektmanagement AG (www.konturmanagement.ch). We hold 60% of the company's shares (stock) and intend to keep Kontur Projektmanagement AG positioned on the marketplace as an independent brand name.
